What information do we collect?
Information you give us on the Futa Finance website

- Personal details such as name, date of birth, phone number, residential address, and email address.
- Identity documentation (front/back of IDs and selfie for KYC) to verify users before services are activated.
- Optional documents for authorised representatives. Without successful verification we cannot provide access to the Futa Finance platform.
- Identity documents and selfies are only shared with trusted service providers facilitating the liveness check or with nominated lenders when required.
- You may withdraw consent for us to retain these images at any time, understanding this may impact access to our services.
Information you give us via other channels
We collect information shared during support calls, emails, and social media engagement to troubleshoot issues and improve the service. This information is used solely for the purpose for which it was provided.
API usage
Third-party service providers that support our platform are contractually bound to protect your data in line with data protection laws and may only use it for agreed purposes.
Information from third parties
We verify identity documents with issuing authorities or authorised providers to confirm authenticity during KYC/KYB and to prevent fraud.

We retain your information while you are a Futa Finance customer and for additional periods mandated by law. These retention requirements override data erasure requests until the legally required period elapses.
When you close your profile, we delete the personal data we no longer need, subject to regulations that require us to retain certain records for compliance.
What are your rights?
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information (subject to legal allowances). You may also object to processing, restrict how we use your data, or withdraw consent for optional features such as marketing communications.
